I carry out detailed initial assessments to collect as much information as possible about you. I gain an in-depth understanding of your current fitness, health and motivational drivers.
Based on research from the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), if you have a specific accountability appointment with a person you’ve committed your goal to, you will increase your chance of success by up to 95%.
Having fun should be at the heart of everything we do. Through enjoyment we can also maintain and improve our personal well being.

I really liked our sessions. It’s great that you’re trying to get the whole picture and aiming for a really customised solution. I also really appreciate the recipe tips and am keen to try them out.
