I really liked our sessions. It’s great that you’re trying to get the whole picture and aiming for a really customised solution. I also really appreciate the recipe tips and am keen to try them out. Also the new macros are working really well for me, I am energetic and more defined/ slimmer overall 🙂
Very good training programs with regular monitoring, this is a first for me and I am not disappointed. A great coach who listens and adapts the exercises and well detailed, I would recommend. 5 stars, thank you for everything.
The training was really great. I enjoyed it very much, even if it was really exhausting at times. Sometimes you really have to go beyond your limits, but the feeling afterwards is just great. The plan has motivated me to do the training every time. The plan was very clear and varied with different runs and strength training. It was really a great training, thank you Sarah!
I am working with Sarah now for only 4 weeks and can’t imagine my training anymore without her. Her training plans are specifically tailored to my needs and I can feel clear progress in my performance and endurance. Sarah is looking at the whole picture and pushed me to my limits which helps me a lot to progress. Her proactive recommendations in regards to nutrition helped mea lot to overcome my regular starving for sweets and brought me to a more balanced and regular eating habit.
